Mentoringprogramms

The mentoring programs at MLU for women in academia consist of three programs that cover the entire qualification path in research and science.
Each program is designed for a specific stage of an academic career. As participants progress, the goal of becoming a professor becomes more central.
Depending on their current qualification level, mentees can choose the program that best fits their needs.
